Access on line business records through the "License" Portal.

Access online permits/projects to final up-to-date property record information including: building and trade permits, inspection results and scheduling, rental property information, site plan/annexations/zoning/other planning project information, and civil engineering plans.

Anonymous Users: No Log-in is required for a general property and permit searches.
Just use the "Search" tool under Projects, Permits, Properties, etc.

Public (Property Owners): Log-in is required to schedule inspections. 

Developers (Builders, Contractors, Developers): Log-in and PASSWORD is required to apply for permits and schedule inspections. Please visit the Permit Desk at City Hall (414 E. First Street Newberg, OR 97132 or call 503.537.1240 to be set up in the system.
